How Will The Process Work?

There are two different processes, depending on whether you choose one of our three subscriptions services or need us to submit a custom proposal for you.

If you want us to submit a custom proposal, you will follow these steps:

Step 1: In our first discussion, you will tell us about any problems you’re having with your communications and reaching and winning your audience. After you tell us why you’re not happy with your current situation, we’ll want to find out what your vision for your business is. What do you want to achieve? What is its purpose? Some clients are more interested in sales; some are more interested in establishing their expertise; others want to establish their brand. What’s your vision and goal? What does success look like to you?

Step 2: Once we have this information, we can put together a plan to realize your vision. We’ll then provide you with a detailed proposal on how much it will cost you for us to implement that plan.

Step 3: You’ll decide how much of the plan you want to implement at this time.

Step 4: We’ll sign an agreement so that we each know what is expected, and then we’ll get to work.

Step 5: Depending on the project, we’ll either submit milestone pieces for you to review as we finish them or simply present the finished product. Then, you’ll be able to let us know if you need additional changes. We’ll make a free revision to anything within the project’s original parameters to ensure your satisfaction.

How Much Will It Cost?

That’s certainly one of the first and most important questions for many potential clients, and we understand. Unfortunately, unless you choose one of our three subscription packages, it’s impossible to answer that question until we know the type and scope of your problems. That’s why we offer a free consultation to help us determine what we need to do to help you realize your vision.

Do You Bill By the Hour or the Project?

In most cases, we’ll give you a project cost because we don’t know how many hours a project will take. That makes it easy for you to know what you’ll spend and for us to know how much we’ll make. If we finish the job quickly, we’ll make a little more. If we run into problems, you’ll still only have to pay what you agreed on. It makes it easier to have a win-win situation for us and you.

How Long Will It Take?

That’ll depend on the size and scope of your project. However, it’s in our best interest to do the job quickly rather than waste time, especially if we’re being paid by the project. Rest assured that we’ll work hard to get the job done without unnecessary delays.
